PROVIDUS’ Senior policy analyst and legal advisor, the author and co-author of several national and international research publications. Agnese is an expert in social entrepreneurship and and the decision making process in construction sector. She is also the co-author of framework for social entrepreneurship in Latvia, as well as she was an active member in the parliamentary committee working to develop the law on social entrepreneurship. Agnese has conducted research on the judicial regulations in the construction sector, and lead workshops and consulted clients on the introduction of Construction Law. In 2007-2008 she was a judge at the Administrative District court. Agnese has a master degree in law from the University of Latvia.
