From February 19 to 21, a Pan-Baltic Experience Exchange Seminar took place in Vilnius, related to the project "Best Practices in Hosting Ukrainian Refugees in the Baltic States."

On the first day of the seminar, participants were introduced to the progress of the project “Best Practices in Hosting Ukrainian Refugees in the Baltic States,” followed by presentations from the UN Refugee Agency and the International Organization for Migration on further collaboration opportunities and current data on the reception and integration process of Ukrainian civilians in the Baltic States. The first day of the Experience Exchange Seminar concluded with a panel discussion involving newcomers who have started their lives in Lithuania.

On the second day of the seminar, presentations were given by representatives of the ministries responsible for integration in the Baltic States, providing an overview of the current situation in the field of integration and related measures, followed by a question and answer session. In the second part of the seminar, representatives from non-governmental organizations, municipalities, national-level government institutions, and international organizations discussed current issues related to the reception and integration of Ukrainian civilians, as well as potential collaboration formats on a Baltic level.

The Pan-Baltic Experience Exchange seminar was organized in collaboration with the UN Refugee agency and the International Organization for Migration in Lithuania. The seminar was organized within “Best Practices in Hosting Ukrainian Refugees in the Baltic States” project.
