Over the last 15 years Dace has been seconded by Latvia to several international missions, including OSCE and EU, to Moldova and Ukraine. She provided support to the governments and civil society in democratization and reforming a number of human rights areas, including freedom of peaceful assembly, prevention of torture and minority rights. Before joining international missions, Dace worked for the Latvian Centre of Human Rights.
Dace has a Master’s Degree in Nationalism Studies from the Central European University.
