In 2022, a report on integration policy in Riga City Municipality was prepared within the MILE (Migrant Integration through Locally designed Experiences) Project.

The report’s evaluation uses criteria that include the availability of inclusion and participation mechanisms for newcomers in the policy- making process on a local level.

This report presents data on the inclusion of newcomers in the policy- making process in the Riga City Municipality, focusing on integration issues, civic participation and diversity policies and participation mechanisms in the city, reflecting on the results achieved in the municipality over the last 10 years.
