The discussion was organized within the framework of the Active Citizens Fund project “Long-term solutions for more successful public consultations”. The Active Citizens Fund is a program of financial instruments of the European Economic Area and Norway, which is being implemented in Latvia from 2020 to 2024 with the aim of strengthening the participation of civil society and the population and increasing the capacity of vulnerable groups.
