Previously he has worked as auditor and consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Latvia, and before that has been a consultant to the Public Expenditure and Audit Committee of the Latvian Parliament (Saeima). Raimonds has a degree in Management from Riga Technical University.
