Robert Schuman Foundation (France) and Centre for Public Policy Providus (Latvia) invites you attend an intellectual conversation where participants will discuss the sense of belonging to Europe, changing meanings of being a European, and geographical/historic/emotional boundaries of Europe. This conversation will take place on June 2nd, 2022 from 15:30 until 17:00.

- Valdis Zatlers, former President of Latvia (2007—2011);
- Sanita Osipova, professor in University of Latvia, former chair of the Constitutional Court of Latvia;
- Jean-Dominique Giuliani, Chairman of the Robert Schuman Foundation;
- Pascale Joanninn, Managing Director of the Robert Schuman Foundation
- Igors Gubenko, philosopher, researcher in University of Latvia.
The discussion will be moderated by Inna Steinbuka, Chair of the Council of Providus. At the beginning of the discussion, the Ambassador of France in Latvia Aurélie Royet-Gounin will say some introductory words.
Date and time: June 2nd, 2022, discussion will take place from 15:30 till 17:00 (registration from 15:00).
Venue: House of European Union in Riga, 2nd floor (Aspazijas bulvāris 28, Rīga).
Language: Latvian and French (translation provided).
