The Latvian School of Public Administration trained Latvian civil servants involved in the Presidency of the Council of the EU.
During the first half of 2015 Latvian civil servants have to coordinate the work of colleagues from the other 27 EU member states, searching for and proposing compromise positions on the issues before the European Parliament and European Commission. PROVIDUS’ study shows that there are also expectations of improved capacity in preparing well-reasoned arguments defining Latvia’s interests.
How many people participated in trainings, what kind of skills they acquired, and how they evaluated the courses? See facts and figures in infographic by The Latvian School of Public Administration.
