On 9 April 2019 PROVIDUS organized a training on the inclusion of principles of tolerance and mutual respect inintegration support activities. This training was an opportunity to find out more about theopretical and practical aspects of non-discrimination, presented by Santa Tivaņenkova from the Ombudsman’s Office and Ēriks Treļs from State Police College. Guidelines on Incorporating Tolerance and Mutual Respect in Language Tuition and Social Orientation of Refugees and Migrants were also presented at this event. Read

It was created with a goal to combine good practices of employers regarding workplace integration of newcomers and diversity management, as well to provide recommendations for national and Riga City policy makers on how to provide more effective support for newcomers.
