Marija Golubeva

PROVIDUS’ associate policy analyst in the field of migration. She has 11 years’ experience in policy analysis and consultancy, including experience of public administration work and work in the non-profit sector. In 2013-2014, she was a Senior Consultant with ICF International (earlier ICF GHK) in Brussels, leading research and consultancy projects in EU education policy and EU humanitarian aid policy for the European Commission. Maria has led consultancy and training projects in the EU, Western Balkans, Central Asia and Mongolia. In 2005-2012, she was a Board Member of the international Network of Education Policy Centres, and in 2009-2011, she was a member of the Strategic Analysis Commission established by the President of Latvia.

 

Maria has a PhD in History from the University of Cambridge. She is the author of a number of studies and publications on education policies and integration policies in the EU, as well as academic publications in the history of ideas.
