PROVIDUS’ Deputy head and Communications project manager. Prior Linda has worked with government and European Union communication in government, non-government and academic sectors. Linda has been Head of the Communications Department of the State Chancellery of Latvia as well as she lead communications and public relations for the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2015. Linda has held posts also in the European Union Information Agency in Latvia and the European Integration Bureau.

Linda has worked for PROVIDUS also from 2009 till 2012 when she was coordinating the direct communication platform before the Parliamentary elections with the candidates of the political parties and Members of the Parliament and ministers after the elections. She also evaluated the political party election programmes for the European Parliament elections in Latvia, assisted in organising European Citizens’ Panel as well as prepared a data base on researches on EU issues.

She holds a Masters degree in European Studies from the Hochschule Bremen (Germany), a Master of Science in Organizational Management from the School of International Training (USA), and a Master of Social Science in Political Science from the University of Latvia.

On December 4, 2017 PROVIDUS and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung organized Public Policy Forum "Migration Policies: Competing for Talent". The main issues discussed were what are the existing and potential benefits of migration and how does migration diversify country's economy and society.
